FitChic does not verify qualifications, insurance, or background checks unless explicitly stated.

Users may browse, contact, or join groups listed on the Site at their own discretion and risk.

4. No Liability for Training or Activities

FitChic is a directory and information platform only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from training or group activities

  • Disputes between users, trainers, or group organisers

Always consult a qualified professional or GP before starting any fitness programme. Running in parks is still running — common sense applies.

5. Payments & External Services

FitChic does not currently process payments between users and trainers unless explicitly stated.

Any payments, bookings, or agreements made outside the Site are:

  • Strictly between the user and the trainer/coach
  • Not monitored, managed, or guaranteed by FitChic

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including:
